Measure the width of your hand according to the diagram provided. Ensure that you use this only as a guide. Measurements are for reference only.

Overall Measuring Guide

1. Chest, standing in front measure around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms and around the back.
2. Waist, standing in front, measure around his / her natural waist line.
3. Arm, standing at his / her back, measure from down the arm across the elbow to the far end.
4. Outer Leg, standing at his / her side, measure from his / her natural waist to the far end.
5. Inner Leg, standing at his / her front have him / her stand with both feet flat on the gound with legs straight and slightly apart have him / her hold one end of the tape at the base of his crotch seat, then measure straight down.
6. Height, standing in front measure from his / her shoulder far down to his / her feet.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SHOULD THE OFFICER REQUIRE TO HAVE NO GAP AT THE SIDES, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO HAVE THE NEXT SIZE
