Chest, standing in front measure around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms and around the back.
Waist, standing in front, measure around his / her natural waist line.
Arm, standing at his / her back, measure from down the arm across the elbow to the far end.
Outer Leg, standing at his / her side, measure from his / her natural waist to the far end.
Inner Leg, standing at his / her front have him / her stand with both feet flat on the gound with legs straight and slightly apart have him / her hold one end of the tape at the base of his crotch seat, then measure straight down.
